Topic: New player here

Hey guys,

I didn't see an introduction forum or anything like that, so sorry if this thread doesn't belong here.

I recently bought BF2142 just to try out First Strike. I like it so far, the game looks really nice smile. Only played a bit of Single Player yet, as I saw only 1 online server, is that correct? yikes

Anyways, can't wait to try multiplayer battles in space, that must be really nice!

Hi there, I think we do have an intro thread somewhere, might be buried a few pages in or something, either way, welcome to the forums. Hope you enjoy the mod and don't forget there are campaign games on tonight so head on if you fancy a few multiplayer matches.

Will try. But what server to join? I see only one 16 player server, Rebel Defiance.

Yeah, Rebel Defiance is the server the campaign runs on. Check out the Reb Def website for details of how to register for the campaign. Though you are free to play in the campaign without registering there are benefits for the team you play for if you are a fully registered player.
