Yep.

So I got a code to play the beta for my PS4. Here are some of my thoughts:

The game's graphics are pretty superb. And the sound direction is some of the best I've ever heard in any game. They nailed all of the movie sounds to the core. And seeing battles taking place in the skies overhead, while hearing the tie engines scream and the explosions bellow out as one of the X-wings is destroyed is pretty epic.

The animations are also pretty neat. The stormtroopers look really badass, even in motion. I personally love seeing them crouch and move into position.

As far as gameplay goes, it's actually a bit boring. The powerups are really random and don't really add anything to the gameplay. Hoth actually feels really sparse with just 20v20 players, and I wish it was a bit bigger. Because the At-At is on rails, the matches are pretty predictable. It's also jarring seeing A-Wings, X-wings, and Tie Fighters on Hoth. In fact, the Snowspeeders don't even show up as possible powerups until the last 4 minutes of the match.

Having the vehicles as powerups is kind of lame too. I wish there was a spawn inside of the hangars of the massive MC80's and Star Destroyers overhead that players could launch from. How about Snowspeeders parked inside Echo Base (Which is actually pretty small; combat doesn't happen inside too often either)

The spawning system still needs work on Walker Assault. A lot of times the Imps can spawn camp the rebels, or you spawn behind a squad of enemies and mow them down without them having a clue you just magically warped in from behind.

It's a really shallow shooter that leaves a little to be desired, but I think it's very polished and will make for a good start. I sincerely hope they add Space Battles and more vehicles for the rebels. As it is now, they only have fighters.
