Topic: STAWARS ....The tv series 2007-8...!

Hey folks..
Ok im suprised nobody has already started a thred about this..
Rick macallum was in the uk a few weeks ago at the empire mag awards where revenge of the sith won a award..
And he spoke to radio 1's news team and comfirmed that he and george will be making a tv series for 2007-8 .
Its going to be set in the 20 years or so after revenge of the sith, upto episode 4 and luke growing up as it were..

Whatever will come is anybodys guess, but its something for us SW freaks to look forward too,and who knows this could be the best tv series since......well for me its either the X-files or Trek the next gen, (please dont hang me) i got into trek, way way after become a starwars geek, i was like 7 when it came out...lol

so what dya think..?

I heard about this some time ago there going to focus on the little mentioned characters or some of them that have featured in the films plus some new ones smile Should be intresting if they get it right

Not sure if Luke and Tatooine will be that interesting a series.

I'd rather they had chosen something unrelated to the main plot of the films, like a series based on the X-Wing series of books or something.

I believe there was going to be two series, a computer animated one, and a live action one about Boba Fett between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope.

Don't kill me if thats wrong, but I rememeber hearing it some where.... it might of been IGN.com.
