Lobot is indeed the cyborg

part man, part machine

he was a volunteer to try the new communcation system, but parts of his brains were damaged, so he couldn't speak and hear anymore

I thought he was a bandit, and regained his freedom by taking part at this experiment

Dude, you just thought that up yourself ? tongue I mean, I never heard of that, then again I never looked at him or whatever. But if he was a bandit, he did it quite well, gaining command over the security forces.
