Well, I saw in a earlier post around here about someone seeing a drop in the amount of interest and posts. All I keep hearing is about patience and stuff. Yes, I will patiently wait but it would be nice to have regular updates on how the mod is coming along. It's been almost a month now and nothing. I myself get tired sometimes of looking on the site everyday to see no updates and that is probably a reason for the drop in attention and posts. Come on, give us something...Even if it's not pictures, tell us where you guys are at in the mod. Show us some support and we will show some in return when the mod comes out and make it great wink I will be very patient but it just would help the community out if there were updates on the progress of the mod...Renew everyone's interest and keep them interested wink

Your right Man!! Nothing has been posted regarding info, and it should be! The thing is is that many of the Modders are either busy with their lives, working or on Holiday, or like me have left, due to time difficulties. Oh and not to mention all the students that are doing Finals right now!
I do know that it is planned in to have some people write a few Paragraphs
on what they are up to. So I guess they will appear on the site soon!

If I were you, I would check once a week. In the Games Industry things dont always go to plan,
certainly when there are soo many wants and  technical issues to deal with.!
Hang tight mate!

Re: Yes... err... updates?

Cool wink I in no way have given up or anything wink and I understand all about real life stuff...I use to have a job to do in my old racing league I use to be in and it was a tuff task to juggle stuff like that...so I stopped doing it. Just looking forward to more updates and stuff. If the game takes longer than planned, so be it, it will be better in the end cause it would have been done right wink No need for it to be rushed...

Re: Yes... err... updates?

I gurantee you that a lot of stuff is going on in the background right now that isn't visible to our public yet.  Unfortunately, this is mostly due to our PR guy, xERO, being busy with some training he's doing for his job I believe. He will be back within the next several weeks I believe so we should have a lot of goodies on the site once he gets back at it.

Also, most what we're concentrating on right now is quality control, animating models, and coding them into the game.  A lot of the stuff we need is already modelled and skinned, we're just in the process of making them work right now.  However, I do know of a few goodies that haven't been released yet (models that I've made) that might make it into the next update.  Just hold onto your butts for a couple more weeks and you shouldn't be disappointed smile

Re: Yes... err... updates?

If you all could see what I see on a daily basis with this mod you would be speechless. If you take a look at other mods, even full conversion mods, alot of their work has already been laid down with bf2. For example, a tank from 1942 will work about the same as a modern one...an ATAT on the other hand requires more thought a preparation to wow the fans! Stay with us, you wont be sorry!

Very good point. Its things like that that make this mod unique as well as give it a lot of fan support.
