I heard an idea for the space maps having tie bombers come in and bomb a ship or something. This could also work on land having y wings for rebels and the bombers could get shot down too.

I think artillery shouldbe a rare, though noticeable thing in FS. And not becuase its cheap, cause its really not imo. You just didn't see much artillery in star wars. Though I think there should be artillery presence in game, but only on a scant few maps, perhaps hoth, or something of that style. On a map like endor the rebels didn't have artillery, and alot of rebel missions where kinda hit an run-ish. I don't know. Theres something to be said for both sides. But I definetly don't think artillery cannons should be placed in places where in the movie, they were't there.
