Re: Out of the Car now, *****!

Gracias. But can't u also edit the proximity the person has to be from the position to get in it? If you make it a hard to reach position, like perhaps the top of the at-st, or high up on the side of a viechle (liek the top of the tank turret) where the player has to actually jump and practically bump right into the position and press enter, I doubt it would be a problem. It should be very very hard to do in the middle of battle, or it would turn out just like you said. The undercarridge idea might not turn out so cool, because it seems to me that would be too easy of an escape in the situation you just described. But if the player had to sneak around the tank, and jump up way up on the turret? Well, thats alot harder.

Perhaps the difficulty of boarding the viechle could also depend on the nature o fth eboarding itself. If the boarding position would be within line of sight of the viechle's crew (where he can actually shoot them and steal the viechle afterwards) like how chewie did t on the at-st that shouldbe really hard to get to. But on some viechles where the player would have to be carrying charges to destroy it (in which case if a spec ops gets close enough to tank anyway with c4 like in bf2 its toast anyway) it might be okay for it to be easier. The average infantry man would have no use for the position, if he hadn't any charges.

Re: Out of the Car now, *****!

i would love to see that actually play out.  I think its a great idea!  Perhaps there could be an "invisible" vehical right there that's docked to the top of the (at-st?) that you couldn't move from, yet still be able to use your weapon.  Kind of like the 4th seat of a blackhawk ontop of the AT-ST?
