Oh and I meant Spherical not cylindrical in the post about the Jet .

Nothing is imposssible, man going to the mooon, building space craft? We done it when they said we couldnt

All the laws of physics we know of point to intergalactic travel being impossible. But hey, I'm open to the idea... with wormholes it seems like anything *could* be possible and it has been speculated that they are the key to traveling across the universe, even time travel. Maybe - just MAYBE - at some point some super-advanced civilization (as in not ours) could figure it out...

Re: UFO's :D

The only problem with the theory of intelligent life elsewhere in the universe is assuming that there would be a planet somewhere out there that could have supported the evolution of creaturs to a sufficient size through enough time, and that these creatures would have become sentient, and that they would have developed technology past the point at which we have (Matter is finite, and there are limits to a finite quantum-based universe), and that they would WANT to spend time searching the entire universe to find our planet, and then come and f*ck with our cows.

Now assuming that all of that happened, think about this:  The universe has been around for how long? A long pie time.  If there were to be a second genisis of life, what are the chances, the physical probability, that it would have taken place in the perfect time frame such that they would find us at around the time when we are developing advanced jet/helicopter technology (1950's-Now), things that could explain all of this.

I don't really believe in aliens as in the common understanding of pop-sci fiction of aliens, but I do believe that there is life out there somewhere.  As for UFO's, they're exactly what they're called, and that's that. smile

Re: UFO's :D

In the 1800's people thought if you'd go faster than 40 kph you'd be crushed...

According to their laws of physics that was the ultimate truth.

And how utterly wrong were they proven a few decades later.

Nothing is impossible... (except for me winning the lottery, I mean, that just cannot happen sad )

Re: UFO's :D

Well what about Area 51, most of the new technology for military aircrafts is tested overthere smile

So if the Germans were able to build some kind of anti-gravity machine and the Americans took it, it can be easily transferred to Area 51, and maybe crashed during a testflight, cause it was a stormy day, maybe lightning hit them and they crashed

But I also read some books about UFOs in the past, books about Belgium, America, ....

And two military jets of the Belgian Airforce chased some kind of thing, a so called UFO, everytime when they had a Lock-on, it immediately flew the other direction, impossible for even the most modern jets and they had a breaklock

So I think UFOs exist, I also think aliens exist, but if they fit together this two terms, I don't know for sure, if they fit together than there is some kind of way to travel to this planet smile

What about hyperspace and such?

Well I found a movie about some kind of interrogation of an alien at Area 51, but if it is true or not, I really don't know, and no, it is not those dissection on an alien, cause those one is fake, but maybe a real video, cause u see muscles move in those body and such

Re: UFO's :D

It is a fact that UFO's exist btw, it mean Unidentified Flying Object.

A more popularised form of the word bogey, objec with unknown intentions.

So it's not neccessarily alien, or weird tongue

Could be applied to a normal plane with a broken transponder (or incoming tangos for that matter).
