Topic: Lost Password

Well, I had to reinstall windows..and I could not find the password for my BF2 account. Clicked on forgot password under manage accounts and it took me through the whole reset password process. When I tried to log in after reseting my password it would not work. I tried "retrieving" the account by putting in my email and the reset password. It worked really well. However, When i try to do the same thing now it does not work. Any way to solve this? or do i need to just play with a new account?

lol omfg i lost my email because u can only play with one email per account and i just make some up. big_smile

When you enter your  email/username make sure you have clicked retrieve by email/username

Thanks BF2Junky, I tried that already. I contacted EA. I dont think they even read my question. Basically they just told me to do what I had already tried.
