The beta is out to fileplanet subscribers...
In addition I believe its free to mods that are part of www.bfeditor.org!

Welcome to my world. sad
I'm disapointed in their decision to go fileplanet (the meanest snobiest planet of files out there), instead of doing what they orignally told us they would, releasing only to bf2 veterans at first (so the people playing it could actually make relevant suggestions, and know what they're talking about). Wonder how long it will be for us to get in on the fun.
And for those of you who are already in on the action, by all means, tell us how it is!
On a side note, I'm wondering if the beta will provide the devs with the info they need to be super super ready to release when 2142 does come out.

I don't believe the beta is available yet to Fileplanet subscribers, because the FP website says that it's going to be released next week.

A few of us FS Devs have the beta , including myself. However , we are asked to only talk about the game on a special secret BF2142 forum wink .
