I also vote for the Admiral title, but that would only fit in space because didn't the Rebels have a Commander/General rank for the ground forces?

Also, the mod can't really implement anything too recognizable such as specific carachters (spelling) since that's property of LA.

As for the licencse thingy, wouldn't just using the name 'star wars' get them in trouble, at least following that line of thought? Would LA really yell at em?
I mean they're not profiting by any of this, tho they do get some nice handy dandy karma. Which if you watch the show 'My name is Earl' you'd know thats not good at all. Seriously. It will kick your pie.

Well at least LA isn't as bad as some companies (At least I think they aren't). Fortunatly they are not as bad as Blizzard which has been known to shut down any mods based off of Warcraft, Starcraft, etc...

ArcAngel, LA did shut down a few mods, and you are also correct about the use of the Star Wars title, hence why First Strike didn't use any term "Star Wars" on their site that I could find.
