Back on topic:

  I have no idea why people would make a thread about using GC maps in FS. Incase you people haven't noticed we ARE making Hoth. But did we copy GC? the answer is no. There was a man many of you probably never heard of, named George Lucas he directed a movie called 'Star something or other' I believe it was quite successful in America. Anyway this movie he created featured battle remarkably similar to those featred in GC some even had similar titles 'Hoth', 'Endor', 'Bespin', etc. We here at FS are making a game 'Modification' based on George's little series of movies, not on GC any parrallels between the two; exist only in your mind. So if you see names like 'Endor', 'Hoth,' 'Mon Cal,' 'Bespin,' 'DS:I' you can be assured it has nothing to do with GC, If anything I'm starting to suspect GC may have plagerised the names straight out of Georgy boys creation.

  Sarcasm aside the mod is based on SW, all of the maps requested are either from the movies or EU, to think we would not put them in is absurd. So next time you request maps, request a battle from the movies or EU, not a battle from a game based on EU and Movies. Skip the middle man and save some money.

also, seeing as i havnt ranted yet, seeing GC pop up everywhere is very very annoying if you want GC go back and play it. theres usually atleast 5 people on all the time usually on the NoC server. GC was good i know and it will live on in our hearts but this isnt GC2, again i remember how everyone wanted GC2 when bf2 was first announced and how everyone was calling FS GC2 when it was first announced. i know i was one of them.
seriously people seeing people want an exact copy of GC does wear down on our team moral so please stop it, if you do want an exact copy of GC then go play GC not bitch here about what we should have that you enjoyed in GC
