So these guys are alarmed over it even though you can un install some windoz files. Seems like crap to me. I am staying away from this even though I was waiting for the Firststrike mod. It just not worth it.

Pretty sad that you have to do this, just to make a game work. And then there will be patch after patch and then you will have to un-install some more and install this and that and tweaks up the wazoo. EA blows chunkys.

So you think that the malware will only work if that security patch is removed? give me a break, please don't insult my intelligence. EA has signed with companies to advertise full stop & you can bet ur pie money changed hands to do the deal. IE tracking software is put on your system no matter what when u install the game. Microsoft will produce an update to let this tracking malware work perfectly without the innocent knowing.

You guys don't get it do you, ITS MALWARE & law suits may well occur in time.

To cut it short, It is downright wrong, & not to tell buyers untill they open the box with the disc inside is just as wrong.
