Bandu does have a point tbh, it is a BLATENT breach of the 14th Amendment itself and practical applications by the SCOTUS of it.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

    No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Obviously this defines who is and what it is to be a US Citizen. It also means in combination with the 10th Amendment that the Federal Gov't cannot take citizenship away. (And this has faced the SCOTUS, and been held to be the case.)

Quite simply, I can see someone challenging this before too long, and even the GOP controlled SCOTUS is unlikely to rule differently than previously.

Well, I gota say, I simpley see no proof or motive for the west to run a war against itself, particularly NOW. With the soviets gone we were headed for a nice long run of peace and technological renaissance.
I admit, Bin laden as a cia asset sounds real plausible after afghanistan. But thats not were this war started. It started in Iran after the overthrow, with that Islamic Extremist guy. He has a fancy title, but for the life of me I can't remember what it is at the moment. I'm sure you know who I mean. That guy that was in exhile until the regime overthrow.
Anyways, him and some other influenctial extremists simply completely turned a large group of muslims against the west. The youth especially.
