Topic: Walls, troopers and lags

Again, heheh i got to say sorry for my customized english

A sad problem for EA: running to a passageway, for exemple:

1. Running in the hotel on Saigon 68 (BFV)
2. Running in the the titans (2142)

you know, passageway, buildings..

My question is, do you know why and secondly, if yes, how you guys will prevent this kind of lag / bugs.

We develop our own engine. J/k, we beg to EA for a fix. This isn't our buisness as it involves "portals" which switch 2 different levels inside of maps like titan interior and outside. But sometimes it doesn't quite work that well and the titan interiors get rendered even when you are outside or outsides gets rendered when you are in titan (the way I see it). So.. we can't really do something about the nature of that bug.
We set up our portals correctly and hope it works out smile

Iv never experienced a game that lags as bad as this 1.

Then you haven't played Halo , sometimes when you got a bad server (and believe me there were alot more than in 2142).

Thats why i asked the question. It's terrible.. never had a good and smooth gameplay feeling on a titan.. spacialy when i go in.. it's sad

Hmm. I didn't have any titan lag in the demo. Does that change in the full game?
