If you mean like a ship that you can walk inside AND shoot out of, then no it cannot be done... Because if you want to be in a moving ship and not get shot out the back you have to use the Titan code thing, that teleports you to another part of the map.

IF yo uwant to shoot out the side of the ship then you cant use the code because you have to actaully be ON the ship and it would probably shoot you out the back like in GC. The only way to do it is to just make some seats in the ship....

Can you control a Titan via seat with normal controls instead of using the commander map?

Having not looked at the .py gamemode file I can't say if turning the titan into a PCO will cause any issues or not. But there may arise things done with the titan that a PCO can't do. As i said I haven't looked to closely at how the gamemode works.
