Yes they have. I'd say its pretty spot on now to the endor version.

Go watch RotJ.  The ones on Endor are also pretty tall.  Especially in the shot where there's two of them walking and gunning down ewoks ((what joy!))

Yeah, I'd recommend going with the ROTJ version over the TESB version. wink ILM stated that they had created a more detailed model for ROTJ because of the time and money (and sfx) constraints that didn't allow them to do what they had originally intended for the Battle of Hoth (a major problem that permeates the original trilogy; not being able to do what they originally wanted). Not to mention sfx technology was very limited at the time. sad

One of the scenes George and his marry men wanted to do for the Battle of Hoth sequence was have a damaged T-47 hurdle through the sky and slam right in the face of one of the AT-STs. OUCH! big_smile
