the lag i have seems to be server side only. some 32 player titan give me lots of lag while some 64 dont give me any inside the titan.

Yup..  The collision calculations are CPU bound, so if the server has a really good CPU, it will have a lot less lag in the titan than a machine with a slower CPU.
