Greetings!!!

The Defenders of Sovereignty is proud to annoucnce that it is now supporting BF2142, in an anticipation of the First Strike Mod!!!

In the past, DS has always supported only Star Wars games. With the amount of high quality games from Lucasarts decreasing, we have decided to branch out into other areas. First Strike will give us the perfect opportunity to expand into a new game, but retain the mystery, wonder, and entertainment found in the Star Wars Universe.

We will fully support the First Strike upon it's release. The BF2142 division will officially launch of Jan 9th, 2006, which happens to be our 6th year anniversary.

DS is an ongoing gaming clan consisting of over a 100 members spread across 4 divisions. Our BF2142 division will open for recruits upon division launch, but we are actively recruiting in our other divisions. These include Battlefront II, Empire at War (and the Forces of Corruption expansion), and Republic Commando.

If you are interested, apply for membership at www.dsgaming.net There, our recruiters will contact you and see about having you become a Defender. We have our own TS server and servers for our BFII and RC divisions.

Welcome to our forums Silver.
"mystery, wonder, and entertainment found in the Star Wars Universe" I think we will try and capture that ethos as best we can, and the way work is shaping up we will.
Give us time allow us time to perfect and tweak and we will deliver a very playable game.

I didn't know that DS was a competing clan, I thought that they were a zergging spam clan. Maybe I have seen a different DS. At any rate, welcome to First Strike, the best Star Wars mod of our time. *Blasts Star Wars Theme*

yes there are several DS clans out there, they give the one true DS and those of us in it a bad reputation, the other guys mostly play SWRC but Ive seen them around SWBF2 as well

Hi to the DS clan from the Imperial Clones  -|IC|-, your SWBF1+SWBF2 guys  may have run across us in the past. We too have branched into 2142 with many of our members looking forward to FS.

with first strike close to being released, we are beginning to plan and redirect resources towards fully supporting First Strike, including our Dedicated Server box, which will be running First Strike 24/7.

Once again, to apply for membership, head over to www.dsgaming.net and register for a "validating" account and post in the "Request to join DS" in the "Joining 2142 Division" subforum.

After posting some basic information there, a recruiter will contact you within 24 hours. Note: xfire is required and TeamSpeak is highly suggested.
