If i remember correct the AT-AT do have shields. one Rebels in the movie say it.. sorry if it is wrong ^^;

No, they don't have shields.  Just insanely thick armour.

okay but in the movie, one speeder destroy AT-AT after Luke did  trip-cable on one AT-AT. so if it have heavy armour so sood it not  blu upp?.

That's a mistake so they could put more explosions in the movie.
