Topic: Pod Racers
I saw this thread on the BF2 editor forums:

and a thourght popped into my mind. I know you doing the trilogy at the moment but when the time comes to do I, II and III we can use MACH 10's python code, which he so nicely provivedfor the comunity: http://home.comcast.net/~mach10/gpm_rally.py to add a POD RACER level. I know it sounds a bit strange to have a race in a war game but it would set you apart from all the other mods (and battlefront) and at the same time give players a more varied game; conquest get boring after a while. Plus im willing to map the track, making a tatoine pod racer track would easy enough. But this is along way down the track i guess. Although the only thing I would need would be a pod racer(ones enough for the first release), then i could add more pod racers and SW statics later, like a fancy start finish line and grand stands. If the devs like this I'll start mapping the track, using BF2 Faavs until some can model a racer.
