One almost has to ask where I find the time to write that much tripe yet still have enough to even do any work on the mod wink  And if you think that post there is big, you should see what i write in the dev forums big_smile

I got to phase two with my own mod a couple of years ago, I have a feeling its still going on somewhere.

Read the history section for an insight in how mods die, or keep going so slowly the game gets outdated before the release. For the record, it fails to mention I left because we couldn't get a mod team together.

It's hard and cruel isn't it Talon1579?  Sadly it just takes an amazing amount of effort to put something like this together.  And what's more, it is being done for free and in our spare time (we all have lives and jobs after all that do demand most of our time wink ).  Still, it's fun work and for some of us it's a lot more pleasurable to build a game than play it.

Thanks for the explanation and the whereabouts on what phase yer on. From that we all have a better idea how close it is. This thread should be stickied, and updated by phases, and maybe rename the thread to "What phase we are on right now 1-5 till release" or something. so only the devs can update it and it doesnt accumulate too many pages from fans. Just a thought. Thanks again... cant wait for the release!
