New person sees site, joins up and is eager to post about something.  Searches the forum and finds topic.  Reads entire thread....
Still wants to post something he/she believes is relevant.

Post and possibly tick someone off because it's an old thread or start a new thread and possibly tick someone off for bringing up something that's been discussed to death already?
