Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

Maybe when guys spawn out of it they are sliding down from ropes so the AT-AT can keep doing it's job  . I could picture stormtroopers sliding down from an AT-AT to go fight. Yeah the thought of being behind one would be a real ower trip. tongue

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

I didn't see them repelling off the gunships from ropes. It looked to me that they were repelling from a catwalk on a higher level.

Anyways, somehow ropes would be neat, but hopefully they arent always there? Have some sort of control that a co-pilot controls that can lower ropes or raise them up...

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

Maybe its just a cord they slide down from and once they are down the cord just disconnects and falls to the floor, be pretty cool to see. Though how to get back into an AT-AT would be weird, unless it automaticly crouches down when it's turned off. Dunno

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

I dont think you should be able to get back in at all...

Mobile spawn point would be nice, and it spawning in a barge with a ramp to the opening would be good as well.

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

One thing that just popped up in my mind. Are there going to be commanders?

If so then I think it would be a good idea to have the commander be in the AT-AT at all times. Perhaps not piloting but just always in it.

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

That should be up to the commander if anything.

Re: Entering the ATST/ATAT

Still, the idea of command vehicles is intriguing - one with specialized systems which is required to lead your army... Meh.
