Topic: What do you want in a game?
I'm trying to go into everybodys' heads to try to figure out what everyone else wants to play. Personally I know what kind of game I want to see made and what games I enjoy playing. But that's me. I won't want to make games just for me... that's selfish and pointless. This is to help aide me in knowing an audience and what types of games should be made. What kinds of things have worked in the past and what might blossom into different styles of gaming? I have a few ideas for new gameplay, but I'm wondering if they'd work.
I'd truley appreciate answeres to some of life's persistent questions...
As far as GAMEPLAY goes:
What do YOU, as players, look for in a game?
Through all the games you have played, what do you enjoy most out of gaming?
What has worked and what hasn't worked?
What do you want to see in a game?
As far as DEVELOPERS go:
What do constant updates mean as far as Devs paying attention to their games?
What updates do you like? dislike?
What do Devs do that really piss you off?
What do Devs do that make you want to keep playing?
