I dissagree with the use of multiple players to use something as simple as a turret. It would take away from the number of players in the rest of the battlefield. That is, unless you make it so it can operate normally with only one player, but it can operate at an even higher level if you have the second person inside.

That's sort of what I was going for. But I don't know what position would be fun yet awarding the over all power or armour of the turret.
