hmmm well I for one dont realy want this to happen because SWG will have to compete with it not that i care for SOEs shity version of it but I do care about the emu.

soo I think they should just stick with making regular RPG for tha 3rd kotor just my $0.02

hmmm, I heard this rumour a few weeks ago on another forum. I'll be surprised if BioWare is making it because they said they would only do their own IPs instead of something like the SW franchise. If it is being made, I will definitely not be buying it.

Good argument, rievous.
Now that I think about it, they should focus more on the third game and make it more uptodate rather than a semi-modded version of the first two (which IMO seems like how the second was in comparison to the first).
Either way I'm still going to play the SWGEmu until they make another SWO game where you can both do ground exploration/combat as well as space combat.

What I'd really love to see is make a game where you can have both ground and space combat but be able to take you ship from space, fly from planet to planet and land on the planet and fly on the planet...seamless flying. I challenge thee game devs smile

Also known as flight simulator, jk. smile THAT is a good idea.


However, I heard this rumor a little bit ago in a gaming magazine. I was all hyped up for it, but I did some googling and became pretty convinced that they won't be making a KOTOR 3 MMO. UNLESS Lucas Arts decides to not renew their contract with SOE which should be coming up soon. If they do renew it, then this entire rumor will be crushed and blown into oblivion. Where as, if they don't renew it then I will be first in line for a KOTOR 3 MMO(which if it is like what i read for the developers who were tossing ideas, it will be based off of both series and inter-link them together somehow, 14 years after the events of KOTOR 2).

p.s. When I orginally posted this, I posted almost exactly 24 hours after Ækilju, 23 hours, 59 minutes and 23 seconds. KOOL!(sry, i just found that pretty cool)

I heard about this awhile ago, i hope its true. I used to be a huge fan of Star Wars Galaxies, then the NGE rolled out and implimented so many changes it wasnt even the same game. Many people including myself were extremely disappointed.

If a KOTOR Online were to come down the line and it was made correctly it has huge potential.
