Not only that, it dosn't even make sence. Why the hell would someone ever make a turret need to be seperatly turned and shot by 2 different people? Think of modern day tank turrets. The gunner both shoots the main cannon, coaxial machinegun, turns the turret, and uses a variety of other onboard systems on his own.
No he doesn't.
In a real life M1A2 Abrams tank there are four crew positions, as follows:
COMMANDER: Orders the rest of the crew, mansthe M2 .50 gun.
DRIVER: Drives the tank and turns the main turret.
GUNNER: Fires the 120mm Smoothbore main gun and the 7.62mm coaxial gun.
LOADER: Loads shells into the turret and fires 7.62mm loaders gun.
