Did anyone ever played this game?

Very fun game. I had it for the PS1. I only beat it about 10 times, on every difficulty level. I also did it once all the way through with no deaths. There was a secret ending after the credits for anyone who did not bother to watch them all the way through.

Wow, the PS1 version looks fairly different from the PC version (From what I remember).
I still have the PC CDs but for some reason they don't like my joystick. And playing RA/RAII is very frustrating as it is without the mouse.

I just loved the subtitles you got when you punched in a cheat code, though. Turned the whole game into one big comedy. 'twas awesome.

But yeah, looking back, it's like Phantom Menace: Loved it then, can't understand why now. In particular, I found the 'everyone dies but the hero character' element very irritating. First game was better - the feeling when I finally completed that impossibly hard first A-Wing training mission is indescribable.
