I for one have never played Knights of the old Republic, so I'd be totally clueless. Not that that's a bad thing, it would be fun to learn a bit about this other SW era. It would be cool to see a mini-mod type of thing like this being worked on once First Strike is finished, but for now I personally believe they should focus on only First Strike and leave the extras for later.

The New Republic era is pretty crap, its just a rehash of the GCW with similar vehicles. The Clone Wars has great potential for ground and space battles. The main problem is that you'd need two different skeletons (is it one skeleton per map or one per team?)

Well, I think it was Bandu and Preacher who approved the idea. I was talking to them, and they said they might expand to other eras after a few releases. And Clone wars is way to over done. Though I think the last GC news said something about a Clone Wars project. New Republic would be and interesting option. When I was talking to them, I was saying that these little minimods would act as expansions to FS. Eventually, you would have a mod covering almost all SW eras.

And BBC, General Alexander still thinks your hot.

and also breaks almost all starwars continuty from the EU (which was written before episode 1 2 and 3 with the permission of Lucas) Funnier than that is the fact that it shatters a lot of continuity from his own original trilogy.

you know ive been wondering, BF2 is still really popular, so whyd you guys change to 2142? BF2 is basically the same and easier to mod, isnt it?

Walker code for the imperials, in BF2 they would end up like in GC, which was odd. Titan code is perfect for capital ships. Emp is good for Ion cannon. Hover stuff is already built in. Shields, SW has shields, BF2 doesn't. weather effects are great for Hoth and other locations. pods, im sure those are good for somthing. in 2142 parts of vehicles can be destroyed without destroying the vehicle, that cant really be done in BF2. Oh, and droids, 2142 has robot things with cool stuff like autofire.
