I personally felt that it took the realism a bit too far. I often found that I would randomly get shot and never find out where it came from. It definitely adds to the intensity of it, though.

I'm a fan of that style, I guess some people like ultra realism, and some people prefer balance.  Nothing wrong either way, just personal preference.

I have yet to play the insurgency mod... But I will for sure when I reinstall HL2!

I don't really like dystopia, and The Hidden is pretty cool, nice refreshment since it is so different from other mods.

trust me. as soon as u posted this, I downloaded it! It is a really good mod, very realistic and there is a new patch for it.
