Re: Demo Trailer

That trailer owned. Amazing footage. A few minor problems, but nothing worst listing tongue

Amazing footage, WAG First Strike team!

Re: Demo Trailer

The only thing with the trailer was that it looked like the fighters moved really slowly, and could turn on a dime. Or was that just me? Looked a bit odd, to be honest.

Re: Demo Trailer

its a perspective/field of view issue, the fighters actually travel incredibly fast. It's not really as noticable in game, you get used to it:P

Re: Demo Trailer

I love that when the AT-STs blow up their feet are left and then explode too! Not only that the shield that the Empire can use will work alot better this time than it ever did in the old BF1942 GC mod. Glad to see the devs are keeping some of the old mod in the game.

One request:

Please don't have vehicles be able to take like 4-5 anti-tank rockets like they could in the GC mod. It made vehicles way over powered. Also a Turbo Lasrer should be able to rip both StarFighters, and dropships to shreds in seconds.

BTW: Any plans to use the BF2142 vehicle shields in some way? I mean it may not be realsitic to have them on ground vehicles but aircraft could benifate from them.

Long live the Empire!

Re: Demo Trailer

I noticed that my beloved shield apparently does no longer hurt infantry passing through it. Are there any other differences?

Ah, OK. You mean like those Formula 1 races where the cars move towards the camera and appear to be nearly stationary and actually move at more than 200 km/h, right?
