i have been since a long time a StarWars fan, i played a lot the LucasArts game X-Wing (i suppose someone else remember it!), fantastic game, very involving!

i heard about this mod a couple of months ago, and the idea simply excited me, then i found some details and i saw that there were ground fightings and space fightings...simply wonderful, the idea to recreate all the StarWars ships (driven in X-Wing) and the space fights is great...

i just hope a couple of things, laying upon my netgame experience:
-maps should be "light", good graphic, but above all we need the right number of fps
-the game modality should be well thought, because this is really important in order to make tha game playable and long lasting

i believe and i hope this mod/dream will be a great success, the final FPS soution to live again StarWars world!
