Topic: Problem with cd key

Guy's it's me again,I tryied to send some emails to EA but they wouldn't reply,so I'm back from where I started.A thing changed tho...at the login,after I imput my user and password it says:this CD-key is already taken with a username and password.I didn't find my problem at EA's faq and I don't have other friends that have this game,and oh!...by the way there is no retrive account,just retrive username and password.I can't afford another game cuz games are very priecy in my country,it's about 30 - 32 euros!I'm desperate,chause i want to play this mod,and i wanna pilot an at-st!...........please guy's........you're my only hope! sad

No,I buyed the game from a mall.I played it for 2 weeks or so,after that I reinstalled my Windows and the game wouldn't work cuz it was missing a fille,I couldn't find a uninstall or a remove.EXE so,I manualy deleted it.After installing it again,it told me that my cd key is already taken with a username and password,wich are actualy my user. and pass. before reinstalling the Windows!....I think I'm going nuts !!!

did you do a full reinstall of windows or just installed it over you old version?

got to https://account.ea.com/common/login.do? … id=2745999 and login with you email you gave for the EA account and you pass. (you will have to type your pass a second time)
if you registerd the game, seeing as its legal you should find the cd-key there under my games.

this is just for checking, doesnt help for the game, but just to make sure you are using the correct account with password.

if you did reinstall windows over your old one you need to unistall 2142 again and deleting its installation map. to save you screenshots rename the map in your "my Files" and install 2142 again

I did a full reinstall of windows,deleted the old one and installed a fresh copy.Why dosen't anyone else have this problem?what did I do wrong ?
