The chances of it are slim at best. The odds of us finding enough material on it, as well as enough visual references make it an unlikely candidate.
Our current ATST will probably be used as the mainstay walker in First Strike.

Experimental models or EU might make good additions when the team has used most of the classic SW content. But thats a long time ahead i'd guess.

But like rybot said, because it's appearances are rare, the footage/pictures required to make it as accurate as possible are missing, you'd have to guess how they would move, especially for aircraft.

But theres a plus-side to it, because nobody (playing public) knows anything about it, they can take accept things for what they are more easily. Whether they like stuff from the books or comics is something you'd have to try, i think they would prefer pre-empire era battles first. Like Coruscant.
