Hi all, my name is Paul and I am 29 years old and I hail from the north of Ireland, I have been lurking on these forums for quite some time now and am really really looking forward to this mod it really does look better than a lot of games for sale at the minute. Hi all.  I am sooooo looking forward to this mod like so many here...  ever so patiently...  smile

I am a BF series vet, playing through 1942 and the GC mod.  Still have the original CD the team first sent with Hoth being the only map.  Hours had been spent playing that mod.  So much fun.  smile  Also, loved BF Vietnam, not so much BF2 though, but loving BF2142 and this mod is (will be) the shiznit.  smile

Anyhow, I am in western Canada and I see some familiar names out there (Rybot, FlippyWarbear to name a few).  Looking forward to playing the mod with you all.

Thanks so much to the team for hours upon hours spent on this mod.  I have a little mapping in the past and that was basic compared to all the stuff you guys gotta do.  On behalf of all SW and BF fans, thanks guys!!!  smile

Hi all
My name is Ross Clunie and I  live in New Zealand. I have been looking forward to this mod ever since I first heard about it. Went out and got BF2142 just to be able to play it. Been player BF2 and got to here about First Strike when I started checking out mod pages. It looks truly awesome. Well back to marking time while we wait for the the big day. Hope the server is going to have enough bandwidth.

My name is Dean Ovaltine. I just bought 2142, and am very happy that this mod is coming out.


Hope to have some Real battles ffs. Real defending, attrition etc. Instead of Rambo '87 on Amstrad PC.

Hello all my game name is Grimesop.... i play alot of bf2 and is about all i played on pc till i finaly moved to college at Florida State sad.... i couldnt bring my desktop up here so i just brought my laptop (which theres no use in gaming in a laptop.... and especially the type of internet the dorms give you) but i plan of driving back home on the weekend to play the mod and visit family and friends... its perfect!!! o well i look foward to a long weekend of gaming for me!!!
