several times a day cant be sure how many exactly but almost always more than 2

4-5 times a day, typically when I check e-mail...I mean I'm online anyway why not check here you know, just in case wink

I tend to check at least twice a day.

Once when i turn my computer on after I get home from work and one more time before I go to bed and turn my computer off.
