Topic: Video walkthrough of upcoming version 1.0?

Hi. Its been awhile since my last post. smile

Anyways, im quite excited hearing about the bending release of FS. I was going through the forums and googling for FS videos etc. but didnt really get a "realistic" sense of what to expect from FS. It was mostly bits and pieces of information from interviews and so on. It would be nice to have video made in-game with people (devs?) commenting and going through some of the key points of FS. Would something like this be possible? Might be handy for new people to jump in to the game easily, especially whom, like me, hasnt played 2142 at all.

Yeah the video should tell us about stuff like the objective mode they keep talking about, as well as the stuff like what they did with the UAVs, and so forth. Also explain the weapons/vehicles a bit too!

Yeah, I liked the Release 5 (?) trailer for GC which showed the various maps, vehicles and weapons. But if the devs aren't planning anything, I doubt they'll start making one now. I'd love a trailer, but I think many people would be less happy to hear something like 'OK, Bandu's film-making abstinences have gotten the better of us and we have to make a five minutes long trailer to compensate. New release date for FS is 28th of October' wink .

Wouldn't really be a "trailer" it would be a instructional video with maybe some tips and tricks to show u how to use the different aspects of the new game. Like a read me but in video form

Doesn't really matter. Any video of significant length takes a while to make.
