Hmmm

My Birthday was 1st August and as a belated present my GF allowed me to pre-order world in conflict for the PC, however both of ours PC's will struggle to run it at medium settings gfx-wise. Last night i got confirmation of my order and then shortly after an email saying it had been cancelled.... this was due to my credit card being mis-placed, which i placed the order on.

So last night i was thinking, do i spend the £30 on BF2142 ready for next weekend or do i wait a few more weeks and (re)pre-order WiC.

Decisions, decisions sad lol

Hmm. Order WiC and get one game. Or order BF2142 and get  a free Star Wars game included and save money.

Why dont you just get 2142 for next week, enjoy first strike for a few weeks and then if FS lives up to its hype (which it should) then you'll be too busy fragging rebs to remember WIC.... AND if it aint.......get a refund and then you get WIC. That way you cant lose dude. Dilemma fixed wink

Or play FS till the price of WiC comes down to a reasonable 25-30 bucks and then buy it.

Erm, killing Rebs ? I am a reb!! how dare you!

Well tbh, i was expecting one of the devs to buy me 2142 for my Birthday since i been such a good supporting act in the early days of the mod, and being a GC vet tongue

World in Conflict, definitely. What's the problem if you can't run it with good graphics? Gameplay's more important in my eyes.
