Topic: Repaired or Replaced???

i sent my computer in for repairs, and according to the shipping information, they shipped it back in about 18 hours, 9pm to 3pm.  Do you guys think it was simply replaced? that would suck cause i might have trouble finding my CD key for bf2142.  It was only something wrong with the connection between the monitor and the computer, a little line across the screen, do you think they would just say "**** it" and send me a new comp?  please tell me what you think the suspense is killing me O.o

I suppose it could have been replaced, seeing as the screen was probably borked. I'm sure they will transfer all your data as it was to the new one smile

replacing should be very easy for them. same model: just put your old hdd in the new laptop and done.
but if you own a legal copy of 2142 you should have registerd it with EA. if you login there (using ealink is the fastest way) and go to you profile>my games you should see your cd for every EA you ever registered online.
i found this service to be bloody handy a couple of times now

well, i found the manual tongue but yeah, now i will register each time, still dont have the computer though >.<
