Topic: Crashing to desktop when playing Endor map

Everytime I play the Endor map I keep crashing to desktop with no error message. I haven't noticed this bug in any other maps and I haven't had such problems on bf2 or in bf2142 before. I tried to remove the cache files but that didn't really help.

And for the mod... great job guys... I only bought bf2142 just to play this mod smile

Double check to make sure ur graphic settings are on med for terrain and texures, let us know if that helps at all. I had this problem a long time ago and the only thing that worked for me was a re install of vanilla and the mod...please post your system specs too.

I have the same issue.  Crashed twice now and both times on Endor.  It seems that I was near the middle flag (sry don't remember name but it's center of the map).

Question.  You said set to medium for terrain and textures.  Is High OK, or if we are at high should we lower those to Medium?
