When logging onto 2142 regulary, where do i find the mod maps?

when you installed FS, did you not put a shortcut to FS on your desktop?
That would be the easiest way.

You can also access it by going to start button and then highlight First Strike Mod, and selecting the game.

You can also start the mod by starting 2142 normally, going to the Community tab on the top left, find the First Strike mod and activate it from there.
It will then restart 2142 with First Strike loaded.
