Topic: Squadplay doesnt seem to get stimulated enough
Withering fire is a great thing, but I still sense a lack of squadplay on the servers. Even though I always tell the team to make squads, it usually ends up with 2 squads and a lot of lone wolves.
In Project Reality, you were forced to join a squad on some servers, otherwise you would get kicked. Its a bit harsh, but people do join squads. And if they don't play together with the squad, the squadleader can just kick them out of it, resulting in a kick from the server after 3 minutes not playing in a squad.
Since you want First Strike to be centered on squad-play, maybe you should use such a system too?
Of course, it could all be a matter of time until people realize that joining squads is the way to go. Still, please consider this suggestion .
