Topic: Imperial Star Destroyer

First of all congrats for the mod. I believe that when fully developed it will blow GC out of the water.

The space maps are fun!

A few quesitions/recommendations:

1) The ISD model seems to be a bit too narrow. In the movies and other SW games the ISD seems to be more bulky and wider, especially towards the aft section.

2) Can u make the weapons on the ISD manned? I've noticed many turrets on the upper section of the ISD that only spin around aimlessly. Or even better make a simple map where people can man the weapons (like an ISD defense map) it would rock! Mon Calamari vs. ISD in a Titan-like game mode.

3) Add more waepon banks to cover the rest of the ship besides the top, the ISD is the mightiest ship of the SW universe (with a few exceptions)!

That's what I could think of right now. Keep up the good work ppl! U'v egot some real potential here!

After playing the 64-player version of the map I noticed that the only ISD guns that fired were the turbolasers close to the "island," but still the smaller turrets did not fire at any ships. Maybe u just need to increase the tracking and firing range of the turrets to make them worth going after like the Titan guns.

Bring a gallofree transport close to those spinning cannons and you'll see that they can do more than spin!

playing it one of my first times i just went very close over the surface of the isd seeing its turrets spinning but not inflicting any damage to me, i would have made it to the jump point but the respawned lancer blew me up before i could get there...

Something happening more consistently on servers is people bringing the gallofree right into the launching bay of the ISD and raping TIEs coming out.

Can you add a few more turrets around the bay to prevent the raping?

just mass bombers in the hangar (since they cant shoot in) and then release all at once and rape that gallofree away!! tongue
