I was getting the was getting the same errors as Bantha so I updated PB manually and all is fine now.

Updated manually.. no go.

Unistalled from Control Panel. rebooted, reinstalled via PBsvc and am going to test it out right now...

Nope.  Its still kicking me.

Basically I start playing then PunkBuster B shuts off and or disappears from the Services all together...

I don't know what to do, I think I've tried almost everything...

Yeah I did to.. I tried a lot of different ways of removing and reinstalling PB.  Like using PBsvc uninstall, verifying all files were deleted, rebooting and then using PBsvc to reinstall.  Or deleting the PB folder, rebooting then using PBsetup etc...  I'm not sure what caused it exactly but I do know that in the log pnkbstrb apparently didn't have a valid certificate and failed to load.  I don't know but I am glad it's working now.  Thanks to everyone for all the help.
