What's your general ping to US servers?

I can manage from Sweden on our US server, but there can be considerable rubber banding at times and that's with just 15-20 peeps lol.

<150 if it's west coast, at the most about 180-190.

It's wierd though I get really bad pings to Aus and Japan, like 250, even though they're technically closer. (or at least not that much farther?)
