Topic: Heavy Weapons, Supporter, and Calling

This will be short and sweet. While playing on "Conquest mode mostly known as ground maps" when a medic, or a supporter is called there is no medic or support sign over their head. Finally the Heavy Weapons and supporter has things switched up. If this was done for a reason I apologize The Hvy wps has an emp grenade and a shield; however, the supporter has a repairing tool and i think a Fragmentation grenade doesn't that seem backwards?

Re: Heavy Weapons, Supporter, and Calling

The calling will be fixed.

As for the weapons of the Support Class and Heavy Weapons class... Maybe the names are throwing you off but our Support class is more a defensive support guy. He goes around repairing , rearming and setting up defence.

He has trip mines , not frag nades.

The Heavy Weapons is setup more for taking out vehicles. 1st he has his heavy rifle or launcher etc , then he has his emp nades , mines and a portable shield generator.

The classes are setup much like a spectrum. You have your far left Anti Infantry - normal trooper (with a sniper rifle he is completely anti infantry)  and on the far right you have your Heavy Weapons dude who is the best vs vehicles ( he becomes totally anti vehicle when he chooses he rocket launcher)

Inbetween that you have your medic , situated moderate left ..with his anti infantry area affect nades and frontline trooper support equipment such as bacta and a defibrillator .   Moderate right you have your Support dude who can harm vehicles with his detpack and trip mines , to some extent ( not as much as Heavy Weapons ) plus his support such as repair, rearm and anti infantry trip mines.

Dunno if that made much sense .. i am past tired .

Thank you!

I really miss having those X's on the map to follow as a medic, and having to look around for who to drop ammo near.

Now.......class icons on scoreboard? big_smile

Also, can you hurt pilots inside vehicles with sonic/bio grenades?
