1 was a snoozefest until the end.
2 had some boring parts but man, seeing those tens of thousands of troopers get onto that Acclamator with that music going, and seeing them in action on Geonosis along with those giant action scenes with the LAATs and SPHA/ts.. that was cool.
3 was excellent.

A Kotor series? Might be interesting, though i'd like Bioware to be the biggest advisor to whoever undertakes the effort to create a movie about that Era. But for now, i would like the open ending of Kotor 2 to be answered by the final part, Kotor 3. And it might just be a pipedream to see that completed... By Bioware that is, i'm not sure about Obsidian.

Buuuuut i'm straying away here, i'd love to see a movie about ancient history/EU of the SW Universe. With some known characters and some making a cameo with a strong story. However, the person creating that must atleast have played KOTOR to get a sense of things.

I'm open to the idea, but i'm 75% sure it would turn out lame anyhow.

Anakin vent from doubting the Jedi to mass murdering innocent kids in a split second.
Before that I don't recall him being anything but misguided, certainly not evil.
That was really poor story telling.

I though I read somewhere a long time ago that the original vision was for star wars to be 9 episodes, the final three being the story of the new republic.

I might be mistaken though, I mean, how old is george lucas? Would he want to direct 3 more films?

I think you are correct bud, Lucas originally envisioned a 9 part story.
