but yes i have seen a large lack of teamwork.. everyone thinks that they can kill everyone on their own, well thats not true you need teamwork for things to function right and for your team to win. i think its more fun to be in an organized squad anyways so i don't see why everyone is so reluctant to group up and function together as a squad.

sure they squad up, but THEN they go lone wolf tongue.  Actually if you invite people to your squad, they will join if they arent in a squad, and they work with you.

I was in a squad today that ppl actually grouped up and used the Voice System.  We actually defended successfully the Imperial Outpost on Endor for 15 minutes and then we won smile

It depends on the leader and the teamwork.  I mean, on Tatooine our squad had actually grouped under an archway and gave orders a la Call of Duty style, but then we went on to lose that game sad

I see teamwork all the time, especially in space maps.

Today, Imperials on Escape from Hoth were flying out of the hanger, and I pulled my TIE in behind a group of bombers flying together.  I fired a little shot off to the side of them to let them know I was with em, and got a series of "Acknowledged"s from the group.  I fended off several X-Wing attacks while the group of bombers flew together and launched their payloads.  We then all peeled off and went our separate ways.

Also spent some time in a Y-Wing, and created a squad called "Y/W Gold" and had several people in it, either flying or gunning in a Y-Wing, and we coordinated our attacks to take out all of the ISD's turrets in no time.
