I was always under the impression that Fat32 should be reserved for small storage devices such as USB keys for this very reason, daws.
It really depends on how up to date you are ![]()
I still use an old harddrive that's been with me for quite a few years now. It originally had Fat32 on it. I only changed it after I... erhm... needed to store large file downloads (Fat32 max out at like 4gb files).
